Treat the karaoke party like an award show with awards to be given out to the party guests, create categories for the party guests to compete ins such as Best Male Performance, Best Female Performance, Best Duet Performance, Best Rock Performance, Best Pop Song Performance, Best Love Song Performance, and Best Child Performance. Have inexpensive awards made up with the titles on them. the awards can be someone singing holding a microphone, a microphone itself or a musical note.

Musical Numbers. This game is a fun game because it guarantees every child will take home a party favor. Place index cards on the floor and have the child dance around. When the music stops, the child by a number receives a party favor that represents the party favor.
